The Solar Seal Black is a superior sealant designed for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. The sealant is an alternative to classic urethane and silicone sealants, is intended for exterior use and interior use and it requires good ventilation until the aroma fades away. Do not apply sealant in areas submerged underwater or near flammable activity.
