Insecticide Nyguard Plus Flea & Tick Premise Spray, 12 x 17 oz

NyGuard Plus is a professional complex product that successfully combines the protection against fleas and ticks along with a pet odor neutralizer. This juvenile hormone mimic comes with a broad-spectrum label that delivers excellent effective results against a variety of arthropods. Thanks to the Insect Growth Regulator, larvae are stopped from developing into adulthood and they become unable to reproduce.
The active substances are MGK 264, phenothrin and pyriproxyfen. MGK 264 is an ingredient found in some common pesticides with no intrinsic pesticidal activity itself, but rather is a synergist enhancing the potency of pyrethroids ingredients. Phenothrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that kills adult fleas and ticks and is used as a component of aerosol insecticides for domestic use. Pyriproxyfen as a pyridine-based pesticide controls insects development by affecting their ability to grow and mature, which leads to blocking their ability to reproduce. The treated area smells clean and fresh and even neutralizes the odor of urine with the help of the patented odor neutralizer.

How to use:
- Apply using the aerosol can and the spray nozzle will not drip.

For fleas and ticks:
- Hold can 2 or 3 feet from surfaces to be treated.
- Apply uniformly a fine mist or spray using a sweeping motion to carpets, rugs, flooring, floors, drapes and all surfaces of upholstered furniture including under cushions;
- Be sure to treat pet bedding, as this is a primary hiding place for fleas, ticks, and their eggs.

For cockroaches:
- Spray into hiding places such as cracks, crevices, behind sinks, cabinets, along baseboards and floors, around drains and plumbing.

For dust mites and lice:
- Spray surfaces (such as mattresses, box springs, headboard, floors, carpeting) until damp;
- Apply on mattresses as a spot treatment to mattress seams, edges, buttons, and tufts of bed only;
- Do not use directly on pillows, bed linens, or clothes;
- Allow mattress to dry thoroughly before replacing pillows and/or bed linens.

For carpet beetles:
- Apply with a sweeping motion as a surface spray to carpet, rugs, closets, baseboards, upholstered furniture, and around edges of carpet.
