Havahart 1025

Havahart 1025 is ideal in capturing chipmunks, rats, squirrels and weasels. It is easily activated, with a patented design and extensively tested in practice.

Havahart 1025 trap was designed to capture small animals safe. With two strong springs allows a safe catch, fast and easy.
The device is made of a mesh resistant to rust and corrosion, galvanized steel reinforcements for a long life.
Mesh openings are smaller than other traps, to prevent bait stealing or escape. With two entrances, it allowes pest to access trap from any direction, thanks of the two sensitive triggers.
At the top of the trap is a handle that offers the possibility to transport the trap with the animal inside, and the inside edges are smoothed to prevent injury and protect the catch.

Instructions for use:

1. Turn the door locks to the open position.
2. Push down on the straight trigger rod to open door.
3. While holding door open, place bait on the bait pan. When finished, close door.
4. Push down on the offset loop on the looped trigger rod to open both dooors.
5. Position the flat end of the looped trigger rod under the flat end of the bait pan trigger, so that both doors are held open and the bait pan is level.  
6. Turn door lock knobs so that both door locks rest on doors.
7. Set and trip cage several times to be sure the cage is working properly. Trip trap usiing a pen or pencil, sticking an end through the side of the cage and pushing down on the bait pan.
