Product information

Agro Glyfo is a total glyphosate herbicide to control all types of weeds.

Agro Glyfo is a total systemic herbicide that is applied to sunburn weeds. After application it is taken up by the leaves and translocated into the roots, which it dries, eventually leading to the drying of the whole plant.

The first signs of weeding appear after 24 hours and in about 3 weeks, depending on the species, it dries completely. During all this time, the soil must not be worked or the plants cut, so that the herbicide can reach the roots.

It fights all weeds and is not selective for crops, so avoid touching them with a solution.

The herbicide is applied when the weeds are large enough to ensure an optimal contact surface with the spray solution. Annual weeds should cover the soil and perennials should be in the flowering phase.

If there is excessive humidity or high temperatures and drought, which lead to wilting and stress of weeds, the application of the herbicide is not recommended because its effect will be minimal.

It can be applied on uncultivated or cultivated land provided that the crop plants do not come into contact with the herbicide.

Recommendations for use:
Before sowing: weeds are expected to grow up to 10-15 cm, then sprayed with Agro-Glyfo, and then sown for a week.

On stubble: after harvesting the crop, allow a time for the perennial weeds to grow enough, apply Agro-Glyfo, after which the soil remains uncultivated for about 3 weeks.

Before harvest: if the cereal crops are weeded, two weeks before harvest apply Agro-Glyfo, which in addition to drying the weeds, will also dry the crop.

In tree and vine plantations: the application is made when the weeds are approx. 20 cm. It is recommended to use protective screens or pre-remove the shoots of vines and vines, which may come into contact with the spray solution. The recommended dose is 3-4 l / ha.

In fruit and forest nurseries: Agro-Glyfo is applied when the weeds have approx. 15-20 cm. For small seedlings, protection screens are used at the pump. An application must be made before setting up the nursery.

On canals, roads, railways: Agro-Glypho is applied when weeds have sprouted in large numbers. Perennial weeds must not have passed the flowering phase. The recommended dose is 3-4 l / ha.

Other recommendations:
-Use a volume of solution per hectare as small as possible (100-200 l) to avoid leaks from the leaves and the water used will be clean.
-Avoid application on unstable weather when precipitation may occur in the first 5-6 hours
-Avoid application in windy weather because the product can be diverted to neighboring crops or plant rows.
-When dicotyledonous weed species predominate, the dose of herbicide will be higher or mixtures with antibiotic herbicides may be made. Monocotyledonous weeds are more sensitive to glyphosate.
-Annual weeds are more sensitive to glyphosate in the early stages of growth and perennial weeds in later stages.
-After herbicide, clean the pump and wash the tank to remove traces of herbicide.
-Agro-Glyfo can be applied only on weed hearths, with the back pump with a concentration of 2% solution (200 ml in 10 l of water).
-Agro-Glyfo leaves no residue and remains in the soil. From this point of view, it does not require a certain waiting period until the establishment of the next culture.
