Product information
Spraygard is a universal adjuvant that acts as a safener, dispersant, penetrant, creates adhesion and resistance to washing. It can be used in all agricultural crops mixed with fungicides, insecticides, and herbicides approved for that crop.
Characteristics:
-Increases the penetration power of active substances in applied products;
-Provides maximum protection against washing the solution on plants, in case of irrigated crops or rains occurred shortly after application (about 30 minutes after drying the solution on the plant);
-Improves the adhesion on the surface of the plant of phytosanitary products (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and growth regulators with which it is used in the mixture), increasing the effectiveness of treatments and extending the period of action of applied products;
-Protects against degradation and volatilization of active substances under the effect of sunlight when treatments are performed at high temperatures;
-Increases the interval between treatments by reducing the total number of applications per season;
-Reduces the risk of phytotoxicity when applying treatments with some herbicides or with a mixture of several products.
Mode of action:
-Spraygard acts as a safener, dispersant, and penetrant of the applied solution. Improves wetting properties, increases adhesion, and facilitates the penetration of the active substance into tissues.
-It forms a fine and uniform film, which prevents it from being removed from the foliage of the plants, following the action of water from precipitation and wind.
-This prolongs the activity of the product and increases its effectiveness, including in conditions of abundant and frequent rainfall. On hot days, the plants are also protected from the effect of ultraviolet radiation.
-The product does not negatively influence the processes of photosynthesis and evapotranspiration in plants.
Way of usage:
-Spraygard can be used in all crops mixed with fungicides, insecticides, and herbicides approved for that crop.
-Apply the treatments together with the Spraygard adjuvant in a dose of 100 ml/ha, as it offers protection against washing the solution from the rains that occurred and only 30 minutes after the application of the treatment.
-Thus, the product remains on the plant, being amplified the effect of the treatment and prolonging the protection period.
Dose: 100 ml/ha, regardless of the amount of solution
1) In mixture with herbicides reduces the phenomena of phytotoxicity (in the case of herbicides less selective for the crop) and protects against washing by rains after treatment. When applying glyphosate-based products, better and longer treatment efficiency is ensured.
2) In mixture with fungicides reduces the phenomena of phytotoxicity in the situation of using systemic fungicides in straw crops, prolongs the effect of treatments with contact fungicides, in various crops and, especially, in potato cultivation and protects against washing the product by rains that they fall shortly after treatment.
ATTENTION !!! Do not use in combination with herbicides in pea cultivation!
3) In mixture with insecticides it extends the period of action of the applied products and prevents the washing of the applied product by rains.
4) In mixture with growth regulators (based on CCC) it has a penetrating and protective effect against washing and determines the better absorption of the product in the plant, in conditions of low temperatures at the time of application.
Application doses:
-In cereal crops, the application of Spraygard adjuvant will have the effects of reducing the risk of sprouting grains in the ear, maintaining the Hargberg index at normal values, but also improving the quality of the harvest.
-Apply 0.4 liters/ha in 200-500 liters/ha of water, in the GS 87 stage of crop development or when the grain moisture is around 30%.
-In crops of vegetables, fruit trees and shrubs, ornamental plants, Spraygard turf can be used before transplanting, to reduce water loss from plants or immediately after transplanting.
-Prepare a 2% concentration solution that can be administered in two ways: by direct spraying on plants or, if they are small, by immersing them in the solution.
ATTENTION !!! Do not apply the solution to the roots of plants.
In the case of cultivated lawn and to be transplanted, apply a solution of 450 liters/ha (2% Spraygard concentration), 24 hours before stripping the lawn strips. The application can be done immediately after placing the lawn in the final place.
Culture | Application dose | The moment of application |
Cereal | 0.4 liters / ha | GS 87 stage of crop development or when the moisture content of the grains is around 30%. |
Vegetables, fruit trees and shrubs, ornamental plants | 2% | Before transplantation or immediately after transplantation. |
Turf | 450 liters/ha | Before stripping the lawn strips or immediately after placing the lawn in the final place. |
Compatibility: Spraygard can be used in tank-mix with approved phytosanitary products, but also with trace elements (boron salts, chelated trace elements, copper, iron, magnesium, micronutrients, sulfur, etc.), respecting their recommendations for use. For more safety, it is recommended to perform a test beforehand.
