Movento 100 SC, 7.5 ml

Movento 100 SC is a total system insecticide to combat pests of apple, pear, plums, and others. Movento® 100 SC contains the new active substance spirotetramat 100 g/l, the ketoenol chemical group, which manifests a new way of acting, inhibiting lipid biosynthesis. The effect is slow, the strong insecticidal action, notably observing the larval stages at the time of feeding, as well as in the nymph stage a few days after its occurrence.

Mode of action and use: 

Movento® 100 SC presents the unique feature of total, ascending and descending system, as well as a long residual activity in plants. Shortly after application, it is absorbed through the cuticle and translocated into all woody and free-flowing vessels, circulating both ascending and descending throughout the plant. This special feature allows the localized insects to be spotted in the most diverse places on the plant, including roots, shrubs and new leaves emerging after application. Concomitantly, Movento treatment strongly affects the reproductive function of adult females, nymph viability as well as ovule fertility, significantly reducing the level of the pest population. No adverse effects on beneficial bees and insects at the approved doses were observed.

Apple - A maximum of 2 treatments / season, at a dose of 1,875 l / ha, at a minimum of 14 days between the treatments, from the end of the bloom to the full-size fruit phase (BBCH 69-80 ). For San José pads, the optimum application time varies depending on climatic conditions. under normal conditions, is applied at the beginning of the larval growth under the maternal shield (2 days). under drought conditions are treated shortly before migration of larvae under the shield (2 days). Solution volume: maximum 1500 l / ha. Pre-harvest time: 21 days.

Pear - Maximum 2 treatments per season at 1,875 l / ha at least 14 days between treatments, from the end of the bloom to the full-size fruit (BBCH 69-80). The optimal phase for the first treatment is after the bloom when the pest is in the yellow-orange egg stages to the maximum L1 (larvae age I). The volume of the solution is 1000 l / ha. Break time: 21 days. For effective control it is necessary to monitor the pest biology and apply the treatments according to the warning.

Plum - One single treatment at the 1,875 l / ha dose, usually the second post-floral treatment, is performed at about 7-10 days after the fall of the petals. Break time: 21 days.
