Product information
Pulsar Plus fights dicotyledonous, monocotyledonous and Orobanche cumana weeds from sunflower culture.
Treated plants: Sunflower (Clearfield Plus hybrids)
Mode of action:
Pulsar Plus is an herbicide based on Imazamox, the active substance is taken up by plants especially through leaves, but also through roots. It is taken up to the level of growth areas where it blocks the synthesis of essential amino acids, responsible for cell growth and division.
Weeds die 7-14 days after application.
Due to the residual activity at ground level, Pulsar Plus ensures the control of emerging weeds and a new wave of weeds.
Pulsar Plus belongs to group B herbicides (HRAC).
How to use:
Pulsar Plus is applied post-emergence, during the vegetation period BBCH 12-18, respectively from the stage of 2 to 8 leaves of the sunflower culture, and the weeds at the young stage of development 2-4 leaves.
The dose used will depend on the spectrum of weeds and the level of infestation.
We recommend applying the Pulsar Plus herbicide only to Clearfield Plus sunflower hybrids, its use on other hybrids can cause severe crop damage.
The recommended solution volume is 100-400 liters/ha.
The number of treatments: 1 single treatment.
Break time: Pulsar Plus is applied postemergence early and it is not necessary to observe a break time before harvesting.
Crop rotation:
- after herbicide with Pulsar Plus it is possible to sow, after mobilizing the soil and respecting the waiting period, respectively:
- after 60 days: cereals;
- after 60 days: corn;
- after 100 days: rape, mustard, cabbage;
- after 120 days: conventional sunflower.
- after 140 days: sugar beet.
In case of return of the herbicide crop with Pulsar Plus, soybeans, alfalfa, peas, beans can be sown, without any special tillage and waiting period.
