Product information
Frontier Forte is a professional soil herbicide, with a versatile action and a flexible application period, designed to be used in the pre-emergence of weeds and/or cultivated plants. In dry springs, on soil with insufficient humidity, it is recommended to apply the herbicide before sowing and superficial incorporation into the soil at 2-5 cm deep. The active substance is taken up by germinating weeds, especially by Coleoptera. Very small amounts of the active substance are taken by the radicula (secondary route). Inhibit cell growth and prolongation and influence protein synthesis. The active substance should be presented in the superficial soil layer (0-5 cm deep) at the time of germination (before raising) of the weeds. Sufficient moisture in the soil favors solubilization, film formation, and absorption.
Treated plants: Sugar beet, Corn, Soybeans
Weeds attacked: Barnyard grass, Black bindweed, Chickweed, Green foxtail, Large crabgrass, Redroot pigweed, Yellow foxtail
Properties:
- Efficient and versatile;
- Broad spectrum;
- Good solubility;
- Residual;
- Flexible application period;
- Maximum effect is reached within 7-10 days after application;
- Systemic action and physiological selectivity;
- Soil herbicide.
How to use it:
- To be applied in the pre-emergence of weeds and/or cultivated plants;
Potato cultivation - successfully fights annual monocotyledonous weeds
- Maize - removes annual monocotyledonous weeds such as Setaria spp., Echinochloa spp. spp. (swine lobe);
- Sugar beet cultivation - effectively combats annual monocotyledonous weeds and some annual dicotyledonous weeds;
- Soybean - fights annual monocotyledon weeds: Setaria spp. (Mulch), Echinochloa spp. (Bearded grass), Digitaria spp;
- Efficient against main annual grass weeds and the most important dicotyledonous weeds.
Recommendations:
- In dry spring, on soils with insufficient moisture, apply the herbicide before sowing (ppi) and immediate incorporation with the combinator;
- In rainy years and soils with sufficient humidity, the herbicide (not volatile) can also be applied pre-emergently (2-3 days after sowing);
- Do not apply on spring plots.
The dosage of herbicide use can vary by crop, soil type, weather conditions, and degree of infestation:
- Sunflower: 0.8 l / ha (2% humus soils) or 1.2 l / ha (2-3% humus soils) or 1.4 l / ha (> 3% humus soils) Ppi 3 -4 cm (in drought conditions), pre-emergent (in humidity conditions);
- Maize: 0.8 l / ha (light soils - 2% humus) or 1.2 l / ha (medium soils - 2-3% humus) or 1.4 l / ha (rich soils> 3% humus) ppi 3 -4 cm (in drought conditions) pre-emergent (in humidity conditions);
- Potato: 0.8 - 1.4 l / ha pre emergent or 1.4 l / ha for crops infested with Solanum nigrum ' Xanthium italicum ' Galium aparine;
- Soybean: 0.8 l / ha (light soils - 2% humus) or 1.2 l / ha (medium soils - 2-3% humus) or 1.4 l / ha (rich soils> 3% humus) ppi 3 -4 cm (in drought conditions) pre-emergent (in humidity conditions);
- Sugar beet: 0.8-1.0 l / ha pre-emergent (in the dry spring will be applied ppi with 3-5 cm incorporation) a 1.0 l / ha (on soils with a humus content> 3%);
Immediately after application, do not allow other machinery to enter the field, in order not to destroy the herbicide film. We don't recommend applying the herbicide after the emergence of cultivated plants and / or weeds.
Please be sure to read, understand, and follow the full Conditions, Disclaimer, and Directions for Use. Use the appropriate personal safety equipment when needed.
