Product information

Kerb 50 W is a pre-post / post-emergence systemic herbicide for controlling annual monocotyledon weeds, some perennial monocots, and dicotyledonous weeds from lucerne, clover, salad, carrot, sugar beet, and nurseries forestry.

Treated plants: Salad, Carrot, Sugar beet, Alfalfa, Clover, Rape, Spruce nurseries

Combat weeds:

- Monocotyledon: Alopecurus myosuroides, Avena fatua, Agropyron repens, Digitaria spp., Setaria spp., Poa spp.

- Dicotyledon: Amaranthus spp, Chenopodium album, Capsella bursa pastoris, Equisetum arvense, Papaver rhoeas, Solanum nigrum.

Mode of action: It acts by root absorption. Therefore, to ensure effective control, it is important that after the application of the treatment, the soil has sufficient moisture (rain or irrigation).

How to use it:

In the case of alfalfa and clover crops for crunching, Kerb 50 W is applied early in the spring (after the first stitch), when the sewn begins to germinate. Weed control is favored if precipitations are recorded after the application of the herbicide. To combat other propionamide-sensitive weeds, Kerb 50 W can be applied in autumn, in pre-emergence (rainy or irrigation areas) or spring in post-emergence as early as possible (weeds up to the 2-leaf stage).

- Preplant can be applied to the lettuce or 7-10 days after transplantation before the weeds appear. In the absence of precipitation, it is necessary to irrigate the land to optimize the product's effectiveness. It is important to respect the break time of 6 weeks until harvest.

- The sugar beet is applied in the stage of 6-8 leaves when the first signs of infection with the cage. It is recommended to use a high volume of water of 500-600 l / ha.

- Carrots are applied to the stage of 2-4 leaves of the crop, the first signs of infection with the cage.

- For spruce nurseries, treatments with Kerb 50 W can be done no later than 1 month after transplantation.

Restrictions on crop rotation:

The salad, bean, pea, radish, clover, and alfalfa cultures can be set up immediately after harvesting Kerb 50 W crops.
4-5 months after application of Kerb 50 W, onions, garlic, potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, herbs, other vegetable crops, sunflowers can be grown.
At 9-10 months after Kerb 50 W application, cereals and corn can be grown.
Break time up to harvest is 6 weeks.

Compatibility: Preemergence can be applied in admixture with other approved herbicides. Post-emergence is not recommended to combine with other products. For greater safety, check the compatibility list and make a practical test.
