Product information
Leopard 5 EC is rapidly absorbed by the leaves of the weeds (in about 2-3 hours) and translocates to all intense growth points, including roots and rhizomes. Here, by inhibiting some lipids from the meristematic cells, it causes the death of weeds. Thus, a few days after application, treated weeds stop growing, the young leaves getting yellowish. Approximately 2 weeks after application, the entire plant dies.
Treated plants: Rape, Sugar beet, Tomatoes, Cabbage, Potato, Soybeans, Peppers, Watermelon, Beans, Lucerne, Pea, Sunflower, Fruit shrubs, Strawberries, Silviculture nurseries
Combat weeds: Annual monocotyledonous weeds, Perennial monocotyledonous weeds, Sorghum halepense
How to use it:
The herbicidal action of Leopard 5 EC is the faster the weeds are in a younger phase and the vegetation conditions are optimal for growth (sufficient moisture, heat, light). The product makes excellent control of the weed's problem (perennial grasses), especially the costrue.
Leopard 5 EC is applied post-emergence. To combat annual monocotyledonous weeds, it is recommended to apply them to their twinning phase and to perennial ones when they reach a height of 15 - 20 cm.
It is selective for all dicotyledon crops, therefore the particularities of application will take particular account of the spectrum of weeds to be treated and the climatic and agro-technical conditions in the field and less of the culture itself.
In order to obtain the maximum control effect, in all cases, Leopard 5 EC will be applied when the growth stage of the weeds and the vegetation conditions (temperature, humidity, nutrient reserve, light) are met optimally so that the product is fast and easily taken up and translocated at the optimal economic dose.
For improved efficacy, it is recommended that Leopard 5 EC be combined with an adjuvant.
Leopard 5 EC is applied with well-regulated herbicides, in a normal solution volume.
