Embargo, 5 litres is a professional product designed to assure a safe environment for turf establishments. The pre-emergent herbicide eliminates various grasses and broadleaf weed species during their germination phase. Its selective characteristic protects non-targeted plants, causing them no damage while creating an eliminative barrier for the intruders. Part of the Dinitroaniline class, Oryzalin is an active substance that interrupts the natural developmental process by inhibiting formation of microtubules during the mitosis process. Once applied, the product creates a top layer on soil and when intruders seeds come in contact they cease to develop. In addition, provided good and even coverage, Embargo, 20 litres offers control for up to 18 weeks against weeds.

Product usage:
- Suit Common and Hybrid Couch, Qld blue Couch, Kikuyu and Buffalo established turfs;
- Combats: Wintergrass, annual Ryegrass, Crabgrass, Summergrass, Barnyardgrass, chickweed, and Crowsfoot grass;
- Suppresses Parramatta grass.
Recommendations:
- Do not apply to turf that is stressed due to extreme weather conditions;
- Do not apply if heavy rainfall is expected;
- Apply product before weeds germinate;
- Apply every 4 months starting from early February until the end of August;
- Incorporate herbicide by 10 to 15 mm using spray irrigation or rainfall;
- Maintain a period of 18 weeks from last treatment tot overseeding or oversowing;
- Apply 5 L/ha and a water volume of 400 to 800 L/ha.
