Astral 40 SC, 1 litre

A highly effective product, Astral 40 SC, 1 litre is created to offer broad spectrum control against both annual and perennial weeds species. Created to protect a variety of corn crops, the selective and systemic herbicide is designed based on specific characteristics that assure weed elimination and crop safety as well. Nicosulfuron constitutes the active substance that successfully protects corn crops. Part of the Sulfonylurea class, the ingredient inhibits the capacity of weeds to synthesize enzymes through its system and blocks amino acids production, causing intruders to cease. Assuring an easy-to-use post-emergent application, Astral 40 SC, 1 litre is created as a homogeneous concentrated liquid that can be easily diluted as necessary. Depending on environmental factors, the product's action can be quickly observed within 2 to 3 weeks from treatment.

Product usage:
- Combats annual and perennial weeds in corn crops: Barnyard grass, Couch grass, Johnson grass, Large crabgrass, Wild oat, Yellow foxtail.

Recommendations:
- Do not apply to non-actively growing weeds if stressed due to extreme weather conditions;
- Use when weeds reach 2-3 leaf-stage;
- For Sorghum halepense use when weeds reach 15 to 20 cm height;
- Before use, shake product container well to homogenize contents;
- Use 200-400 Litres of water per hectare;
- Use 0.8 L/ha to combat Setaria spp., Echinochloa spp., Sorghum halepense;
- Use between 1 to 1.5 L/ha to combat Sorghum halepense weeds.
