Product information
Goal 4F is a professional herbicide produced by Dow Agro Sciences, which, depending on the treated crop, is used pre-emergent or post-emergent for the elimination of dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous weeds from sunflower, onion and the vine. The product can cause necrotic lesions, twisting or dandelion onion plants, but they will not influence the further development of culture or production. These manifestations are considerably reduced when the application of the herbicide is done not earlier than 3 days after the last rain or after irrigation, so that the restoration of the waxy substance on the leaves protects the plants.
Properties:
- Active substance: 480 g / liter of oxyfluorfen
- Compatible with other herbicides, insecticides and fungicides;
- Broad spectrum of weeds;
- Ideal for residual herbicide programs;
- Long lasting effects.
Product usage:
- Depending on the treated crop, is used pre-emergent or post-emergent for the elimination of dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous weeds from sunflower, onion and the vine.
Recommendations:
- When applied pre-emergent, it forms a thin film on the surface of the soil, destroying the weeds that spring up when it passes through this film. Prepare the soil well before application of the herbicide, in order for the herbicide film not to be destroyed.
- Apply post emergently to quickly destroy young weeds through its contact action. The best results are obtained when the weeds are in the 2-4 leaf stage;
- If you wish to achieve maximum combat a good weed coverage is on. It is not levigated in salt;
- Sunflower, 0.5 l / ha, pre-emergent: apply to combat annual dicotyledonous weeds (except Xanthium-cornuti);
- On the chives: apply 0.5 l / ha, post-emergent, in 300-500 l water / ha;
- On direct-seeding onions: apply 0.5 l / ha, post-emergence, when onion plants have 2-3 true leaves;
- Do not mix this product with other fertilizers or pesticides when applying postemergent to onions;
- Apply 2.5 l / ha of post-emergence after the formation of the fruit, when the weeds do not exceed 10-15 cm;
- Do not spread the herbicide on the vineyard so as not to cause burns;
- Solution per hectare is 300-500 liters;
- Consult the compatibility tables and perform a practical test, respecting the prescribed doses.
