Product information
Galera SL is a post-emergent herbicide designed to have an excellent control of annual and perennial dwarf weeds in rape crops. The professional product can be applied in combination with the Reldan 10 EC-1.1 l / ha insecticide to combat the Melighetes aeneus pest. Normally, Galera SL is compatible with other products such as fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, foliar fertilizers and growth regulators, if the recommendations on the product label do not restrict this. Keep in mind that under drought conditions, the systemic effect of the product may be diminished.
Properties:
- Double action: contact due to picloram and systemic due to clopiralide;
- Foliar application;
- Active substance 267 g / liter clopyralid, 67 g / liter picloram;
- Long-lasting effect;
- Water resistant;
- No odour;
- Colour: brown;
- Liquid formula.
Product usage:
- Excellent control of annual and perennial dicotyledonous weeds in rapeseed and mustard crops;
- Treated plants: Rape;
- Combat weeds: Matricaria spp., Anthemis spp., Galium aparine, Sonchus spp., Centaurea cyanus, Taraxacum officinale, Galinsoga parviflora wild fowl, Senecio vulgaris, Polygonum convolvulus, Fagopyrum tataricum, Fumaria officinalis, Solanum nigrum, Trifolium spp.
Recommendations:
- Allow 75 days to pass between applying the product and until the harvest;
- Volume of water required to prepare the spray solution is 200-400 l / ha;
- Apply by sprinkling, spring, at the beginning of the vegetation period, before floral buds are visible, but after the appearance of the leaves of the crop;
- Apply when the air temperature exceeds 8 ° C;
- Do not apply when windy to avoid spreading the product on crops other than rape or mustard, as the product may cause damage to other broad leaf crops;
- The product can restrict crop rotation in conditions of lack of soil moisture, as well as poor soils in organic matter (conditions where product degradation in soil becomes more difficult). Under these conditions, increased attention is advised if the following crops are to be leguminous, solanaceous or composite (peas, beans, alfalfa, lettuce, tomatoes), as these are highly susceptible to picornam residues in the soil;
- In the case of poor soils in organic matter and in excessive drought conditions, a classic rotation with monocotyledonous crops (cereals or corn) is recommended.
Please be sure to read, understand and follow the full Conditions, Disclaimer and Directions for Use. Use the appropriate personal safety equipment when needed.
