Product information
Basta 14 SL is a non-selective herbicide with 150 g / liter ammonium glufosinate as an active substance, which acts as a contact and systemic (partial) action. Planting takes place mainly through leaves and green organs. The rate of uptake in plants is maximal during the first 6 hours after application. Treated weeds stop growing during the first day after treatment, although visual symptoms are missing. The formulation contains an increased dose of adjuvant and is optimized for less favorable application conditions (low humidity) and better tolerance to precipitation washing.
Properties:
- Active substance: ammonium glufosinate 150 g / liter;
- Non-selective herbicide with weed contact;
- Compatible with residual herbicides (triazine, ureic);
- Colour blue to blue green;
- Odour weakly pungent;
- Non-selective.
Product usage:
- For combating annual and perennial monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds on trees and live on rice desiccant;
- An essential asset of the product is the safety of culture.
Recommendations:
- Do not mix with systemic products to combat perennial grasses because they do not have enough time to translate into rhizomes;
- Apply 1-2 treatments. The first application is recommended during intensive weed growth (optimum being 15-20 cm high), usually after May 15, and the second treatment, if necessary, will be applied to a maximum of 28 days, preferably in the same phase weed growth as first treatment (15-20 cm), but not later than 15 July. It will not apply to sandy soil and avoid drifting on adjacent crops.
Please be sure to read, understand and follow the full Conditions, Disclaimer and Directions for Use. Use the appropriate personal safety equipment when needed.
