Larvicide BTI 1200, 10 litres

BTI 1200 is a professional biological larvicide that is highly effective against many mosquito species. The product targets early staged intruders and eliminates them by ingestion. The larvicides high efficacy is due to a superior Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies israelensis and delta endotoxin active constituents. Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies israelensis is a naturally occuring bacteria that activates when ingested. Delta endotoxin affects the insect's gut and it kills through infection and starvation. Furthermore, you will be able to see immediate results within hours. The activation process only takes place in targeted insect larvae, without causing any harm to other living organisms. Used as an aqueous suspension, BTI 1200 assures superior results in both salt and freshwater breeding sites.

This product can be used:
- Outdoor use only;
- Ideal for swamp areas, marsh, or other highly humid areas such as flooded remnants, pools, drains or artificial basins.

How to use:
- Identify infected area;
- For aerial application product can be diluted with clean water or applied as ULV without diluting it;
- Shake before using diluted form of the product;
- For ground application using conventional spraying equipment, use 1.000 litres/hectare;
- For breeding sites with up to 15 cm water depth use 300 ml to 600 ml per hectare;
- For breeding sites with up to 30 cm water depth use 600 ml to 1.2 litres per hectare;
- For sewage settling ponds or similiar sites use 1 to 1.2 litres per hectare;
- If larvae reappear, repeat treatment after 5 to 10 days;
- For highly infested areas use higher rates of BTI 1200;
- Do not reuse empty containers;
- Keep away from children;
- Keep the product out of direct sunlight, in closed, original container.
