Heat Pro 2 Thermal Room

Heat Pro 2 is a thermal chamber that uses a professional heating system for exterminating bed bugs without using chemical substances.

Heat Pro 2 can reach a temperature between 49-60° C which is enough to exterminate bed bugs in all life stages: nymphs, eggs, and adults in only one hour of treatment.

Instructions for Use:

1. Insert the infested items into the thermal bag, making sure it is not overloaded and the items do not touch the walls of the bag, allowing proper air circulation.
2. Place the temperature sensor deep inside the items. This is essential to ensure that the desired temperature is reached inside the items, not just on the outside. After that, zip the bag closed.
3. Connect the thermal bag to the power supply and set the timer. The heating duration varies between 3 and 8 hours, depending on the load of the heater and the ambient temperature. (For example: If the heater is used in a warm environment with a light load, the duration may be shorter. For a heavier load or if the environment is cooler, the time required to reach the desired temperature will be longer).
4. Once the temperature reaches 49°C, the timer should be set for a minimum of 60 minutes or more, if necessary. Always monitor the internal temperature with the included wireless thermometer. As the temperature in the thermal bag rises, the items inside will begin to heat up, and bed bugs will be eliminated.
5. After completing the heating cycle, allow the items to cool completely before removing them from the thermal bag. (WARNING: After heat treatment, the items may be hot, and handling them should be avoided until they have fully cooled to prevent burns, especially in the case of metal objects like zippers).

Important Note on Heat Transfer Efficiency:

The time required for items inside the thermal oven to reach the lethal temperature for bed bugs (49–50°C / 120–122°F) can vary depending on the nature of the materials and how they are arranged. For example, if clothing is placed inside thick covers, especially those with rubber components or other insulating materials, this can slow down the transfer of heat to the interior of the items. Heat transfer within the bag occurs from the outside of the objects toward the inside and depends on how heat propagates between different materials. Each material (fabric, wood, metal, paper, etc.) has a different thermal conductivity, which means some items will reach the required temperature faster than others. Therefore, the heating time may vary significantly depending on the composition and density of the treated items.

Factors That Can Influence Efficiency:
If the temperature in the room where the heater is placed is low, the time needed to reach the desired internal temperature may be longer. To ensure optimal efficiency, always follow the manufacturer's instructions and the recommended safety measures.

Thermal room Heat Pro 2 is designed for treating large objects such:

- Beds;

- Couches;

- Cabinets;

- Tables;

- Bookcase;

- Other larger household items.

Heat Pro 2 is a double insulated chamber with a strong zipper and four ceramic fan heaters that reduce the time of treatment.

In case of placing Heat Pro 2 on surfaces that conduct the heat or cold surfaces (tiles, concrete, or wood floor) it is recommended to increase the level of insulation by placing under the heating chamber Polystyrene boards, Aluminium coated bubble wrap, Foam insulating rolls or some other form of insulation.

Heat Pro 2 is easy to use and carry.

The package includes:

- 4 ceramic fan heaters that have 1500W;

- 1 wireless thermostat;

- 1 temperature sensor;

- 10 m cable;

- 1 bag for Heat Pro 2;

- 1 bag for extra equipment;

- 4 bottom spacers.

Instructions for use:

For beginning the treatment, all contaminated objects must be placed inside the thermal room. Remember to open the air vents to optimize the ventilation. Make sure that there are empty spaces between items.

Do not overfill the thermal room by placing too many objects in it, without letting any spaces between them, because it may cause overheating.

Place the temperature sensor inside Heat Pro 2 in the most difficult part to heat.

The last step is to turn on the fan heaters.

The treatment time must be:

- 1 hour on 54°C minimum temperature

- 2-3 hours on 50°C temperature

Use only inside areas.
