The Suzukii Trap, set of 38 is a bucket trap for the effective control of Drosophila suzukii. Made from durable materials, with a red base and transparent top, the trap is weatherproof and can withstand service throughout the seasons for multiple years. Designed to be used in combination with special pheromone lures both for mass trapping and simple monitoring, the trap permits insects to easily get inside it but makes it hard for them to leave.

Action mode:
- The Suzukii Trap is developed to trap Drosophila suzukii found in fruit orchards.
- The access points of the trap allow targeted insects to enter but not beneficial insects.
- The special red colour of the trap makes the trap way more attractive to fruit flies.
Methods of application:
- Combine Russel IPM pheromone lures with the trap to improve catch rates, using the special attachment found inside the trap.
- Place between 80 to 100 Suzukii traps per hectare at 2 to 10 m intervals.
- As the crops mature, increase the density of traps and move traps closer to the crops, one trap per 500 square metres.
