Product information
Kupferol is a professional contact fungicide that prevents and stops downy mildew and some bacterial diseases on vines, fruit trees, vegetables, potatoes, hops and ornamental plants.
Benefits:
- preventive action
- resistant to rain
- compatible with unfavourable weather conditions
Action mode:
- The active component, copper, acts through contact and allows the gradual release of copper ions (75% of the ions are released immediately, and 25% progressively). The bivalent ionic copper (Cu++) is taken up by the mushroom spores during germination.
- Kupferol stops the development of the pathogen in the stage of contamination and prevention. To obtain excellent results, Kupferol is applied before germination. The period of action is 7-10 days.
- When mixed with water, Kupferol forms a stable suspension.
Methods of application:
- Fill the tank of the spraying machine with ⅓-½ water, then start the mixing system of the machine.
- Shake the fungicide vigorously before use. Pour the required amount of Kupferol, then add the required amount of water.
- The solution is used immediately after preparation, ensuring a uniform coverage of the treated surface.
- Apply the first treatment at the warning, until the appearance of the first symptoms of disease development.
- The following treatments are repeated at intervals of 7-10 days.
- To combat manna, the recommended dose is 4-5.3 liters/ha in 1000 liters of water (0.4-0.5%).
- Potato: use a volume of water between 300 and 600 liters/ha.
- Tomatoes: 300-1000 liters/ha depending on the stage of development of the plants.
Compatibility:
- with a wide spectrum of insecticides and fungicides, but, in the case of use in unknown combinations, we recommend performing a compatibility test beforehand, on the respective crop.
- in apple varieties sensitive to cupric products, treatment after flowering can cause "netting" on the fruit.
Recommendations:
- The volume of water required to carry out a treatment is calculated depending on the equipment used.
- Dose / 10 l water / 100 sq m refers to a pump with a volume of 10 l that can cover a total area of 100 sq m.
- In the case of a smaller area, it is indicated that the dose correlates with the treated area, according to the dose/ha.
