Astral 40 OD is a post emergent systemic herbicide selective for corn crops. The spectrum of herbicidal action includes both annual and perennial weed species.
Benefits:

Action mode:
- Astral 40 OD is absorbed through leaves and roots, translocates to growth tissues, stops cell divisions, and weed growth, causing them to dry.
- Complete drying occurs in about 15-25 days after application, during which no manual or mechanical interventions must be made.
- Action times may vary depending on humidity and ambient temperature.
Methods of application:
- Fill the tank with half the required amount of water, add the indicated amount of herbicide in the tank followed by the remaining amount of water. Shake the solution thoroughly to obtain a more homogeneous mixture.
- Recommended water quantity for 1 hectare: 200 - 400 liters.
- Corn - 0,8 l / ha: postemergence when corn plants have 4-6 leaves, and the monocotyledonous weeds have 2-4 foliage. - Setaria spp., Echinochloa spp., Sorghum halepense;
- Corn - 1 - 1.5 l / ha: (depending on the degree of infestation and the size of the plants), post-emergence, when corn plants have 4-6 leaves, and the cost of rhizomes is 15-20 cm. - Sorghum halepense.
Compatibility:
Astral 40 OD is compatible and can be mixed with most herbicides approved for corn crops.
Recommendation:
- Store the product in the original packaging, sealed, in dry rooms, intended exclusively for pesticides.
- Only authorized persons should have access.
- Protect from the direct action of sunlight and heat, separately from food and feed.
- Take all labor protection measures, PSI, etc. during the handling, transport and storage.
- Keep storage temperature above 0 ° C.
