Nexles International | How to place an order & Delivery service

The products shown on the Nexles online shop can be purchased by following some simple steps:

First, you need to choose the products you want to purchase, using the menu and filters located on the left side of the page.

The chosen products can be added to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. To complete your order, click the shopping cart located on the upper-right side of the screen, and then click "Continue to Checkout".

In the steps that follow, you will be asked for more details about the delivery address and billing method, and you will be given information relating to the method of delivery and also the ability to choose the method of payment. How to pay for your order?

Payment for orders placed on Nexles can be done through the following method:

 

Online bank transfer:

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details and information about our USD bank account.
You will have all the information needed to make the payment through an online or bank wire transfer.

 
 

PayPal transfer:

You will be redirected to PayPal to make the payment from your balance or by card. A PayPal account is not needed to complete the payment. PayPal payments are only possible for orders over USD 50.

 

How do we make International Deliveries?

Nexles ships to over 200 locations worldwide. You can view a list of available shipping locations on the checkout page when selecting the country of destination. We deliver internationally via DHL's air delivery service. The time that the parcel will take to arrive to you will vary depending on the country of destination.


Due to certain restrictions, some items cannot be shipped internationally, as they are not accepted for air delivery. When you will encounter such an item, a prompt will appear on the product page and checkout page, advising 'We can only deliver by plane, via DHL, to your country, and this product or some in your cart cannot be delivered by plane.'.

 

Depending on the item in question, you can contact us at global@armuro.com and we will try to find an alternative delivery method.

 

How much do I pay for shipping?

Some products have free shippingfree shipping nexleswhile for others, the shipping costs depend on a number of factors, such as the country of destination, shipping speed (depending on the courier chosen), and parcel weight. 


During the checkout process, the total amount that needs to be paid for shipping will be calculated and shown, as you fill in the delivery details. The final pricing of the order will be available at checkout for review before you complete your purchase


International shipping rates are calculated based on the same factors.

 

How do we deliver to Europe, via DHL?

Products delivered via air will be shipped through DHL, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days (from Monday to Friday), depending on the destination. The delivery cost starts at 12 USD, depending on the weight of the package and the country of arrival.

Below you can find the estimated timeframes for delivering parcels in different areas of Europe with DHL. The periods mentioned are shown in working days, which means Monday - Friday.


1 day: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Vatican City.


2 days: Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Malta, Montenegro, Republic of Moldova.

*In the regions where customs clearance is needed, delivery with DHL might be delayed by up to 2 working days due to the customs process. An additional fee will be added.

How do we deliver to Europe, via GLS?

Products delivered via road will be shipped through GLS, with a delivery time of 2 to 7 business days (from Monday to Friday), depending on the destination.

3 days: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland;

How much do I pay for Customs Clearance?

Duty taxes (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country's customs authorities and are determined based on a combination of factors, such as the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise, in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that we make deliveries to.

For some countries or regions, a duty tax will be added to the total amount of the order. In the regions where this tax applies, the delivery may also be delayed by 2 - 4 working days due to the customs process.
