Product information
Riza 250 EW, 1 litre is a systemic fungicide with an active ingredient from the triazole family of substances, that fights against attacking fungi, and includes protective, preventive, and curative action, remaining active for long periods.
Benefits:
- Systemic fungicide - protective, curative, and eradicative effects;
- Acts as a growth regulator in rapeseed plants;
- Non-phytotoxic when used according to the recommended instructions;
- Resistant to environmental factors such as rain;
- Fast absorption, up to 4 weeks remanent activity.
Action mode:
Riza 250 EW acts as a complete, systemic solution for crop protection:
- After application, the active ingredient translocates quickly through the plant, reducing the risk of being washed away by rain;
- It blocks ergosterol synthesis and the formation of the fungal cell wall;
- Remains active for a long time, up to 4 weeks, stopping any possible fungal attacks.
Riza 250 EW stops the development of fungi, thus acting as a preventive, curative, and sometimes even eradicative agent against pathogenic fungi. The acropetal movement through the xylem ensures a uniform movement, being able to actively protect new growths.
Methods of application:
Riza 250 EW is used for foliar application to crops with the help of compression sprayers.
It is recommended to spray at the first symptoms of plant disease or as a preventive treatment.
Use Riza 250 EW together with other insecticides and pesticides, such as Cyflamid 5 EW and Topsin 70 EW for resistance programs.
- Rapеseed: apply in autumn when plants have 4-6 pairs of leaves to increase the resistance of plants to wintering and to control the pathogen Phoma lingam (black rot). To combat mildew and rot, treatments should be applied with the first warning of the disease in the spring until the blooming period.
- Wheat: apply 1-2 treatments in vegetation, carried out from the beginning of the foliage to the blooming.
- Vine: apply two treatments/year, usually one before flowering and one after flowering.
- Apple: 1-2 treatments are performed after the fall of flower petals, with an interval of 7-12 days between applications or warnings.
Compatibility:
Compatible with most other insecticides, fungicides, and fertilizers.
For other combinations, physical-chemical compatibility tests are recommended.
Consult labels and perform a small-scale test before spraying together with other products.
Recommendations:
To prevent the emergence of resistant forms we recommend alternating with products from other chemical groups such as Cyflamid 5 EW, Topsin 70 WP, etc.
Follow the specific treatment instruction for each type of plant.
Do not apply during rain.
Please be sure to read, understand, and follow the full Conditions, Disclaimer, and Directions for Use. Use the appropriate personal safety equipment if required and when needed.
