Product information
Equip is a post emergence herbicide used for the control of annual and perennial grass and broad leaved weeds in corn. It is a very broad spectrum, strongly crop-safe, extremely rain fast, and fields can be replanted with virtually any crop in normal cropping rotations. It has also the “built-in” Corn Safener Technology which ensures the highest level of crop selectivity without compromising herbicidal efficacy.
Benefits:
- Equip herbicide has a complete system, being quickly picked up by weeds within 2 hours of treatment.
- Any subsequent precipitation does not affect the action of the herbicide.
- Equip leads to stopping weed growth after 1-3 days, yellowing or redness of the leaves after 4-10 days and progressive necrosis of the shoots after 7-20 days, followed by plant death.
- OD formulation increases adherence and penetration into the plant.
Action mode:
Equip has a good selectivity to maize hybrids. Under conditions of crop stress (temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius, frost, floods), in the first week after treatment, maize may have some transient follicular symptoms (slowing down, slight fading), but disappear quickly and do not influence the further development of plant and harvest level. Cultures such as corn and soybeans can be sown on land where Equip has recently been applied. In principle, any crop can be seeded safely 3 months after the application of the herbicide.
Methods of application:
- For monocotyledonous weeds and annual dicots combat: perform treatment at a dose of 1-1.5 l / ha, when maize plants have 4-6 leaves and weeds are in the 2-4 leaf stage.
- In order to combat the costum (Sorghum halepense) of the rhizomes, the treatment is carried out at the dose of 1.75-2.5 l / ha, when the maize plants have 6-8 leaves and the cost is 15-20 cm tall.
- To combat the tarragon (Elymus repens / Agropyron repens): perform the treatment at a dose of 2.5 l / ha, when the pylorus is up to 10 cm high and the infestations are moderate.
- Amount of solution per hectare: 200-400l.
- Shake the bottle well before emptying it in the sprinkler tank.
- The product offers a wide spectrum of control, dosage depends on the treated plant (see label).
- Before using shake the bottle well, fill half of the tank with water, add the product in correct dose rate then fill to the end while agitation of the whole spray liquid.
Recommendations:
Apply Equip in post-emergence. To combat monocotyledonous weeds and annual dietitians, perform the treatment when corn plants have 4-6 leaves and weeds are in the 2-4 leaf stage at a dose of 1-1.5 l / ha. To control the sorghum (Sorghum halepense) from rhizomes, the treatment is carried out when the maize plants have 6-8 leaves and the cost is 15-20 cm tall, at a dose of 1.75-2.5 l / ha. To combat the pyre (Elymus repens), the treatment (2.5 l / ha) is performed when the pyre is up to 10 cm high and the infestations are moderate.
