Racer 25 EC, 1 litre

Racer 25 EC, 1 litre is a pyrrolidone-derived residual herbicide for sunflower and potato crops. It offers quality control over dicotyledonous weeds and some monocotyledonous weeds, typically found in crops, helping you protect your plants and improve the yield.

Action mode:
Racer 25 EC is a herbicide with residual, long-lasting action:
- Applied pre-emergent, the product is absorbed by weeds during germination and translocates rapidly, destroying sensitive plants through inhibition of carotenoid synthesis, most often before their emergence.
- Residual effect lasts 3 to 4 weeks, depending on local conditions. The active substance is reactivated by water from precipitation or irrigation.

Methods of application:
Only one Racer 25 EC treatment per crop and season is applied in pre-emergence (BBCH: 00 - 09).
For sunflowers, the product is applied after sowing the crop and until the emergence of weeds.
The product should not be incorporated during application and should be mechanical work on the soil is to be avoided for 3 weeks following treatment.
The preharvest period is covered by the vegetation period.

Recommended volume of solution: 300 - 400 l per ha.

Dose:
Sunflower - 2 to 3 l per ha(preemergent).
Potato - 2 to 4 l per ha (preemergent).

Compatibility:
Compatible with most of the crop products available on the market.
Before mixing with other crop protection products, perform a small-scale compatibility test.

Recommendations:
To broaden the control spectrum, especially for annual monocotyledonous weeds, it is recommended to mix with a pre-emergent antigramine herbicide (e.g. PENDIGAN 330 EC).
