Mistral 240 SC 1 litre + Callisto 1 litre, is a professional package 4 HA formed out of two superior herbicides. Mistral 240 SC is a sulfonylurea and systemic herbicide in the form of a concentrated suspension and is used in post-emergence treatments to control annual monocotyledonous weeds and for growing rhizomes in corn crops. Callisto 480 SC is a state-of-the-art herbicide used in post-emergence treatments to control harmful corn crops.

Action mode:
- Shortly after application of the treatment, the active substance is absorbed by the leaves and transported in the xylem and phloem to the meristematic tissues. Its main effects are to stop the growth of weeds, then discoloration, necrosis and finally their wilting.
- The product inhibits the activity of the ALS enzyme and as a result stops cell division.
- Callisto 480 SC is a unique and selective herbicide only for corn cultivation, developed from nature.
- It controls a wide range of corn crops, but also some annual grass weeds.
- Callisto is absorbed by weeds mainly through the leaves, from where it is translocated to the growth tips and complementary through the roots.
Methods of application:
- Mistral 240 SC is applied in post-emergence treatments, by spraying. It is most effective when administered when corn has 4-6 leaves and weeds have 2-4 leaves or 15-20 cm.
- The recommended dosage is 0.135 l / ha to control annual monocotyledonous weeds and 0.170 - 0.250 l / ha to control rhizome crusts.
- In order to be more effective against weeds at the time of application, Callisto 480 SC is applied together with the Atplus adjuvant. The recommended dosage is 0.2-0.35 l / ha The total recommended solution volume is 200-300 / ha.
Compatibility:
- Mistral 240 SC may be mixed with phytosanitary products containing dicamba, bromoxynil, sulcotrione, typhensulfuron, rimsulfuron, terbuthylazine as active substances.
Recommendation:
- Mixing Mistral 240 SC with bentazone, 2.4 D or organophosphorus insecticides is not recommended as it may have a phytotoxicity reaction and may affect the tolerance of maize.
- However, if you have applied these substances, you will have to wait at least 7 days before applying Mistral 240 SC herbicide.
- It is recommended to avoid contact between Callisto 480 SC herbicide and other surfaces or plants such as beets, peas, beans, field beans, fiber, vegetables, grapes, fruit trees. They are not selective and may be affected.
