Gardoprim Plus Gold 500 SC is an effective and long-lasting solution, used in pre-emergent and early post-emergence treatments, in corn and sunflower crops. It effectively fights annual monocotyledonous and annual dicotyledonous weeds. Due to the complementary effect provided by the two active components, Gardoprim Plus Gold has the highest spectrum of fight against the conditions of maximum selectivity.

Action Mode:
- Gardoprim Plus Gold is a selective herbicide that works against most annual monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds.
- The product is based on two active substances, S-metolachlor 312.5 g / l and Terbutylazine 197.5 g / l.
- S-metolachlor is mainly taken up by weeds during seed germination by coleoptiles or young plants. Therefore, weeds are controlled before emergence, during growth or shortly after emergence. Root takeover is lower. Terbutylazine is taken up by weeds through the roots and leaves.
Methods of application:
- For corn crops, it is applied to the soil to control annual weeds, but also perennial weeds. The treatment is applied pre-emergent, when the perennial weeds are in the rosette stage, and they have 4-6 leaves. The recommended dosage according to the approval is 4-5 l / ha.
- For sunflower crops, apply in pre-emergent treatment, immediately after sowing and no later than crop emergence, when they have a maximum of 2 leaves. The recommended dosage is 3.5-4 l / ha.
The treatments are applied in spring and after autumn ploughing.
Compatibility:
- GARDOPRIM PLUS GOLD 500 SC can be mixed in the tank with other herbicides used in the respective crops. This product can also be mixed with fertilizers.
- Before using a mixture, consult the compatibility table and perform a test on the respective culture.
Recommendation:
- For spraying the product it is recommended to do it using professional spraying equipment. The optimal total solution volume for mechanized spraying equipment is 200-400 l / ha.
- The product is really effective when applied under conditions of good preparation of the germinated bed. That is, the land must be well shredded, without lumps.
- It is used in high doses on heavier soils or with strong weed infestation. The optimal effectiveness of the treatment is obtained under the conditions of weed preparation. - Do not apply Gardoprim plus 500 SC to the already sunflower crop. At the same time, the derivation of the product on the sensitive neighbouring crops must be avoided.
