Product information
Casper 2 kg + Mistral 240 SC 1.25 litres + adjuvant Eurocarol Plus 2.5 litres, is a professional package 5 HA that consists of two herbicides and an adjuvant. Casper is a new herbicide that is used in post-emergence treatments in corn crops. It fights dicotyledonous and perennial weeds, including weeds that are considered more difficult. Mistral 240 SC is a sulfonylurea and systemic herbicide. It is applied in post-emergence treatments for corn cultivation and fights a wide range of weeds.
Benefits:
Casper fights even the most difficult weeds
It has a rapid effect, and the results can be seen after a few days
Mistral 240 SC Herbicide has a broad spectrum of action and a long-lasting effect on weeds
Action mode:
Casper is based on a combination of two active substances. It fights a wide range of dicotyledonous weeds, including those that are perennial or considered difficult weeds.
Mistral 240 SC is based on the active substance nicosulfuron. It is absorbed by the leaves shortly after the application of the treatment, after which it is transported in the xylem and phloem to the meristematic tissues.
- The product inhibits the activity of the enzyme and stops cell division. Weeds will stop growing. The first signs that the treatment is working are discoloration, necrosis and wilting of the targeted weeds.
- Mistral 240 SC herbicide has a broad spectrum of action, with a long-lasting effect on weeds over a period of 28-30 days.
Methods of application:
- Apply Casper directly to the ground by spraying. The treatment is more effective when weeds are in the 2-4 leaf stage, and the corn has 2 + 6 leaves.
- The recommended dosage is 0.3-0.4 kg / ha and is recommended for use with a nonionic adjuvant. The dosage is based on the degree of weed infestation.
- Mistral 240 SC is more effective if applied when corn has 4-6 leaves and weeds have 2- leaves or 15-20 cm. The recommended dosage is 0.135 l / ha for annual monocotyledonous weeds and 0.170 - 0.250 l / ha for rhizome crusts.
Compatibility:
Mistral 240 SC may be mixed with phytosanitary products containing dicamba, bromoxynil, sulcotrione, typhensulfuron, rimsulfuron, terbuthylazine as active substances.
Recommendation:
Mixing herbicide with bentazone, 2.4 D or organophosphorus insecticides is not recommended as it may have a pre-phytotoxicity effect and may impair corn tolerance. Treatment with incompatible substances can be done at least 7 days before or 3 days after the application of the herbicide.
