Product information
Bandera 4 OD, 1 litre is a selective graminicidal herbicide for corn crops that is used to control annual and perennial monocotyledonous weeds, as well as some dicotyledonous weeds. The formulation includes surfactants and high-tech adjuvants to significantly increase the effects of the herbicide.
Benefits:
- The oil dispersion formulation improves retention and absorption properties;
- Unaffected by rain that occurs 4 hours after application;
- Effective even against strong infestations;
- Compatible with most corn protection products;
- No residual effect, safe for the following crops;
- Does not require the use of an adjuvant.
Action mode:
- The product is absorbed by weeds through the leaves and partly through the roots, and is redistributed throughout the plant;
- Nicosulfuron, the active substance, acts by blocking cell division and stopping the formation of amino acids, with weeds being completely destroyed about 3 weeks after application.
Methods of application:
Bandera 4 OD is applied when the weeds are sprouted and the corn is in the 4-6 leaf stage.
For maximum effectiveness in controlling monocotyledonous weeds, they should be in the stage of 2 - 4 leaves.
When preparing the spray solution, fill the tank up to halfway with clean water and then add the required amount of herbicide, then fill it with water until it is full.
Recommended water volume: 200 to 300 l per ha.
Dose:
Corn - post-emergent control of annual monocotyledons: 0.8 l per ha.
Corn - post-emergent treatment of rhizomes: 1 to 1.5 l per ha.
Compatibility:
Compatible with most of the crop products available on the market.
Before mixing with other crop protection products, perform a small-scale compatibility test.
