The atomizer frame is made of galvanized steel, the main and auxiliary tank are made of polyethylene. The main tank is equipped with a level indicator (floating), a hydraulic stirrer for mixing the solution and is also equipped with an internal washing system.
The mist blower is equipped with two filters: a suction filter and a spray filter, a gun for external cleaning and a pressure gauge to check and control the pressure (1-60 bar). The control unit for pressure regulation and solution spraying can be located in the cab.
The power supply is made using PTO (power take off) technology. The solution is sprayed under pressure. The spray system consists of an axial fan with collector-conveyor, equipped with air flow control systems. The air is sucked on the back of the equipment and the rotation speed of the fan is controlled by the two intensity stages.
Turbmatic atomizers offer a wide range of tanks, fans, accessories that can be manufactured according to customer needs. These sprayers can also be used by tractors with lower power classes.
