Scout Line

Scout Line (300, 400 or 600 ) features:
This product has a Lombardini, 4 stroke diesel engine with 2, 3 or 4 cylinders and different output: 17 hp, 27.2 hp, 35.2 hp, 51 hp and 63.9 hp turbo; 3600 r.p.m. but silent, also it is water cooled and has an electric start. The fuel tank has a capacity of 20 liters for engine until 35,2 hp and 45 liters for engine with 51 hp and 63,9 hp turbo with a level gauge, warning light and hours meter on the control unit for knowing when the device is not working properly.

Another important component is the pump. The Comet APS 51 with reduction gear and a flow rate of 51 liters/min is designed for units with engine from 35,2 hp to 63.9 hp turbo. Comet APS 41 pump with reduction gear and a flow rate of 40 liters/min can be used for machines with less powerfull engines, from 17 hp to 27,2 hp. Both pumps have some similarities: 3 Viton diaphragms, can whitstand a max pressure of 40 bar and pressure regulation valves with self cleaning filter in antiacid brass and a Glycerin pressure gauge that can messure up to 80 bar.

The frame of the unit is made of dipped hot galvanized steel sections and it helps to a easier loading and unloading by fork lift.
The unit's main tank is made of polyethylene, with a 300/400/600 liters capacity, depending on the unit model used. Having a large tank automatically means an important amount of solution wasted, but this tank has a convergence point and smooth walls to improve the drainage. It has a level gauge at communicating vases and a screw hatch cap and sieve filter.

Integrated in it is the circuit washing tank, which is made of polyethylene, independent of the main tank. It's capacity is variable by models, from 55 liters of capacity for the Scout 300 to 65 liters for the Scout 400 and 600. This tank has its own integrated washing tank, made of the same materials like the other two and also independent, with an 18 liters capacity.

The engine-pump case is rugged and handy being made of reinforced fiber glass with ventilation grilles.
The ventilating unit of the centrifugal turbine with omni-orientable Flexible Gun Head M30, has a mobility of 280° in horizontal direction by means of a ball bearing and 250° in vertical direction by means of a remote control unit to be located inside the vehicle cab. The ventilating unit is made of the same material as the other components: polyethylene HDPE (until 35,2hp) and connections zinc plated and painted green ST, with only 5 decibel of noise.

N.3- 4-5(according to engine) are adjustable spraying brass nozzles, with dual delivery, outside the airflow, with ant drop valve and closing position that leaves out the unnecessary nozzles, Viton gasket.

The actual range of the unit is: 17 HP = 18-20 m.; 27,2 HP = 25- 28 m.; 35,2 HP 30-33 m.; 51 HP = 35-40 m. 63.9 HP= 40-45 m.

The product has some safety functions in case of undesired events:
- Safety system for stopping the engine if air filter closes;
- Safety system for stopping the engine in case of low level of water;
- Safety system for stopping the engine in case of low level of oil;
- Revolving head light for night-work;
- Push-bottom of emergency stop.
