Intended for the monitoring of red palm weevils, the Dryguard can be used together with pheromone or kairomone attractants to capture and monitor populations of Rhynchophorus ferrugineus. Easy to maintain, the trap requires low volumes of liquid, with fewer requirements than typical wet traps.

Action mode:
The funnel of the trap allows for the mass trapping of red palm weevils and does not allow them to escape.

A single Dryguard trap required as little as no maintenance for around 6 weeks and is highly suitable for use by commercial farmers and contractors.
