Gas Mask Filter P2440-A1B1E1

The Gas mask filter P2440-A1B1E1 is designed for use together with special filtering masks or half-masks in order to protect against gases and vapours that come from dangerous substances such as sulphur dioxide, organic solvents, inorganic gases or vapours, and other acidic gases.

Instructions and recommendations issued by the manufacturer:
- The filter should only be used in conditions where the concentration of oxygen in the contaminated air is over 17%;
- The filter should only be used in condition where the concentration of noxious substances does not exceed the concentration specified in the manual;
- It can be used as a reusable filter for a duration longer than a standard work shift;
- The connection to the mask is a standardised threaded connection Rd 40x1/7", according to European standard SR EN 148-1:2000 (EN 148-1:1999).

Specifications:
- The maximum weight of the filter is 300 g;
- The mask connection is a standardised threaded connection Rd 40x1/7", according to the European SR EN 148-1: 2000 (EN 148-1:2000) standard;
- The multigas filter is sealed at an internal overpressure of 0.15 ± 0.02 bar;
- The respiratory resistances of the filter are as follows: - at a continuous flow rate of 30 l/min, the maximum value is 1 bar - at a continuous flow rate of 95 l/min, the maximum value is 4 bar;
- Under normal conditions of use and storage, the multi gas filter A1B1E1 has no effect on the environment;
- Under normal conditions, breathing does not release harmful substances for the user;
- Using the product in atmospheres with oxygen deficiency (less than 17%) can lead to fatal risks;
- When the product is removed from use, it must be properly sealed and disposed of at specialised recycling institutions.

Filtration efficiency:
- The minimum protection time of the multigas filter type A1B1E1 is determined at a continuous flow of 30 l/min, relative air humidity of 70% and a volume of gas concentration in the air of 0.1 %;
- The filter has been tested for individual types of nox, not for mixtures of boxes.
