Product information

Raf tomatoes are a juicy, sweet, and delicious variety of tomatoes. They have a mild flavour and a firm texture, making them perfect for slicing and adding to salads or sandwiches. When cooked, they become even sweeter and juicier, making them a great addition to sauces, soups, and stews.

Benefits and General Info:
- Intermediate development cycle;
- Indeterminate size;
- High in Vitamin C;
- High in Lycopene (antioxidant);
- Can improve skin health;
- High in fibre and low in calories;
- Medium to large size, with a bright red colour and smooth skin.

Cultivation:
Select a sunny location with a soil pH of 6.0 to 6.8.
Till the soil to a depth of 15-20 cm.
Add a 2-3 cm layer of compost or aged manure to the soil.
Plant the tomato seedlings 25-30 cm apart in rows 75-90 cm apart.
Plant stakes or cages near the plants as they grow taller to facilitate growth.
Harvest the tomatoes when they are ripe.

Recommendation:
Water the plants once a week.
Apply a balanced fertiliser every two weeks.
Mulch the soil around the plants to conserve moisture and reduce weeds.
