Estragon de Russia tarragon is a perennial plant that grows 60 cm tall, it has lanceolate dark green leaves, erect stem, and tortuous roots, with a spicy and bitter taste.
It is widely used for flavoring vinegar, salads, sauces, and other applications.
Sowing: It is sown in protected areas, starting in March. After 30 days, when they have 4-5 true leaves and 15 cm in height, they are transplanted at a distance of 50 cm between plants and 70 cm between rows.
Prefers permeable and light soil, avoiding excess humidity. It is harvested by cutting the shoots, which will sprout more tender ones.
