Product information

Sweet Pepper Soliman is a delightful and unique vegetable enjoyed around the world. It is a member of the Capsicum family and is related to sweet bell peppers, but has a unique flavour that sets it apart. The exterior of the pepper is a bright yellow-orange colour that fades to a deep red when fully ripe. The interior is filled with crisp, juicy flesh that is filled with small, edible seeds. Sweet Pepper Soliman is a great addition to salads, sandwiches, and stir-fries.
