Sweet Pepper Soliman is a delightful and unique vegetable enjoyed around the world. It is a member of the Capsicum family and is related to sweet bell peppers, but has a unique flavour that sets it apart. The exterior of the pepper is a bright yellow-orange colour that fades to a deep red when fully ripe. The interior is filled with crisp, juicy flesh that is filled with small, edible seeds. Sweet Pepper Soliman is a great addition to salads, sandwiches, and stir-fries.

Cultivation:
Plant on well-drained soil with a pH between 6.0 to 7.0, sheltered from damaging elements.
Prepare the soil with a depth of 15 to 20 cm and add a layer of compost and fertiliser.
Sow the seeds into the soil, spacing them 15 to 20 cm apart and cover with soil.
Water the seeds regularly, without drowning them.
Plants should be transplanted when they develop 5 to 6 leaves.
Recommendation:
Apply a balanced fertiliser every 4 to 6 weeks throughout the growing season.
Harvest the peppers when they are firm and have reached their desired size.
