Spinach Matador, 3 g

Spinach Matador is a vibrant, tasty and nutritious variety of spinach. It has deep green, glossy leaves with a slightly sweet and nutty flavour. This spinach variety is very easy to grow and can be harvested in only 30 to 45 days. It is a great addition to any salad, stir-fry, or soup. It is an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K, folate, iron, and magnesium. Spinach Matador is also a great source of antioxidants.

Cultivation:
Prepare the soil by digging to a depth of at least 25 cm and adding organic matter such as compost or manure.
Plant Spinach Matador seeds about 1 cm deep and 4-10 cm apart in rows.
Allow a spacing of 30 cm between rows.
Water the soil thoroughly after planting, and then keep the soil moist but not waterlogged.
Harvest leaves when they are 10 cm long.
Pick the outside leaves first, and then wait for the remaining leaves to reach the desired size before harvesting them.
Outside leaves may be harvested once per week.

Recommendation:
Use a balanced fertiliser once a month during the growing season.
