Salvia is a shrubby plant, about 60 cm high, with oval, rough, greyish-green leaves and purple flowers in axillary glomeruli. With an intense and pleasant aroma, it is an indispensable condiment for roasts and sauces. They have remarkable medicinal properties such as digestive, tonic, diuretic, antirheumatic.
Sowing: It is sown in protected areas, starting in March. After 30 days, when they have 3-4 true leaves and 5 cm in height, they are transplanted at a distance of 50 cm between plants and 50 cm between rows. Prefers loose, sunny soils.
