Rosemary is a perennial shrub taller than 1 m, very branchy, with whitish linear leaves and blue or whitish flowers grouped in terminal spikelets. It has an intense aroma, it has a very wide application as a condiment for meats, sauces, etc. It is widely used in perfumery.
Sowing: It is sown in protected areas, starting in March. After 30 days, when they have 3-4 true leaves and 15 cm in height, they are transplanted at a distance of 40 cm between plants and 100 cm between rows. Prefers calcareous, light, and sunny soils.
