Cylindra red beetroot is a semi-late variety. The root has a cylindrical shape, with a diameter of 7 cm and a length of 18 cm, which comes out of the ground easily and has a dark red color.
Sowing: It is sown in protected areas, starting in January at a distance of 15 cm between plants and 35 cm between rows.
