Aplastada De Egipto red beet is an early variety. The root is large and slightly flattened, with a diameter of 12 cm and a height of 6-8 cm, which comes out of the ground easily and has a dark red color.
Sowing: It is sown in protected areas, starting in January at a distance of 15 cm between plants and 35 cm between rows.
