The mint is a vivacious plant, about 30 cm high, with shiny lanceolate leaves and purple, spike-like flowers. It has an especially fresh and pleasant aroma and it is used as a flavoring condiment and has stimulating, exciting, and antispasmodic properties.
Sowing: It is sown in protected areas, starting in February. After 30 days, when they have 3-4 true leaves and 5 cm in height, they are transplanted at a distance of 15 cm between plants and 70 cm between rows.
The leaves are used green or dried in the shade.
