Product information
Lovage is a vivacious plant. A 1.5 to 2 m ribbed stem emerges from the rosette of leaves, bearing yellow umbel-like flowers. The root is pivoting and aromatic; the smell is reminiscent of celery. It is used as a condiment on meats, soups, and vinegar. The root has anticonvulsant, sedative, and expectorant properties.
Sowing: It is sown in protected areas, starting in March. After 30 days, when they have 4-5 true leaves and 15 cm in height, they are transplanted at a distance of 30 cm between plants and 70 cm between rows.
