The leaves have a strong lemon scent when crushed and can be used both fresh or dried. It is said to help with stress, anxiety, insomnia, and digestive issues. It is also known to have antiviral and antibacterial properties, making it a good choice for a natural remedy for colds and flu. Lemon Balm is easy to grow and requires minimal maintenance, making it a great addition to any garden.

Cultivation:

Fill the hole and gently pack the soil around the plant.

Harvest the leaves as needed.

Recommendation:
Spread a 5 cm layer of mulch around the plant.
Water the plant regularly, about once a week.
Prune the lemon balm regularly to encourage new growth.
