large Romaine Lettuce Rubia, 10 g, is a type of lettuce that is native to Spain and is one of the most popular lettuce varieties in the Mediterranean region. The leaves of Romana Larga Rubia lettuce are large and bright green in colour. They are also characterised by their sweet and buttery flavour. This type of lettuce is often used as a main ingredient in salads, as well as in sandwiches, wraps, and other dishes. This type of lettuce is a great source of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as folate and dietary fibre. It is also a low-calorie option, making it a great choice for those watching their weight.

Cultivation:
Plant in a sunny spot in your garden with well-drained soil.
The soil should be kept moist but not saturated.

When planting outdoors, sow the seeds or transplant the seedlings about 2.5 cm deep and spaced about 15 cm apart.

Recommendation:
The lettuce should be watered regularly, but be careful not to overwater.
Fertilize Romana lettuce every 2-3 weeks using a balanced fertiliser.
Keep the soil around the lettuce weed-free.
Harvest Romana lettuce when the heads have reached a good size. Cut the heads off the plants with a sharp knife.
