Hot Pepper Scotch Bonnet pepper is a unique type of chilli pepper with a distinct flavour and appearance. The flavour is sweet and fruity with a hint of smokiness and a lingering heat. It is common to use Scotch Bonnet peppers in Caribbean cuisine, as they add a bold and spicy flavour to dishes. The heat of these peppers can be quite intense, so it is important to be careful when handling them.

Cultivation:
Select an area with at least 6 hours of direct sun and well-drained soil.
Prepare the soil by tilling to a depth of 15-20 cm.
Add a layer of organic compost to the soil and mix it in.
Plant the pepper seeds in rows, spacing them at least 10 cm apart.
Harvest the peppers when they are bright red and about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter.

Recommendation:
Water the plants regularly, making sure the soil stays moist but not soggy.
Apply a balanced fertiliser to the plants once a month during the growing season.
