Product information

Red Cherry Small Peppers are a popular variety of hot peppers that are often used in salads and sandwiches. Red Cherry Peppers are native to Mexico and grown throughout Central and South America. They are a great way to add a bit of heat and flavour to dishes without overwhelming them. They can be added to sauces, salsas, and other condiments for a unique flavour.

Benefits and General Info:
- Medium heat pepper;
- Small, round, and bright red in colour and have a mild to medium heat;
- Rich in vitamin C;
- Also good for canning;
- Contains antioxidants that can reduce inflammation;
- High in fibre, low in calories.

Cultivation:
Start by selecting a sheltered location that receives at least 8 hours of direct sunlight each day.
Prepare the soil by tilling it to a depth of 25 cm and adding a 2-4 cm layer of compost.
Plant the seeds 1 cm deep in rows spaced 30 cm apart, with seeds spaced 10 cm apart in the row.
Water the plants regularly, providing 1 cm of water each week.
The plants can be transplanted when they have 5-6 true leaves.
Harvest the peppers when they are 3-4 cm long and bright red in colour.

Recommendation:
Fertilise the plants with a balanced fertiliser, such as 10-10-10, once a month.
