Doux de Florence fennel is a plant about 50 cm high with finely divided leaves, whose petioles thicken and overlap, forming a tender and aromatic bulb that is used in salads, and the whole plant, as a condiment.
Sowing:It is sown in protected areas, starting in March. After 30 days, when they have 4-5 true leaves and 15 cm in height, they are transplanted at a distance of 20 cm between plants and 70 cm between rows. Prefers deep, fertile soil.
