Cucumbers Marketmore 76, 3 g are a variety of cucumber that is very popular in the home garden setting. They are known for their crisp, crunchy texture, and their dark green skin. Marketmore cucumbers are also very easy to grow and are resistant to many of the common cucumber diseases. They can be grown in containers or in the ground, and are usually ready to harvest in about 65 days. The cucumbers grow to be about 20 cm long and have a mild, sweet flavour. Marketmore cucumbers are often used for salads, pickling, and other recipes.

Cultivation:
Till the soil to a depth of 25-30 cm and add a balanced fertiliser at the rate of 3 kg per square metre.
Plant the seeds in rows spaced 75-90 cm apart. Plant the seeds 2 cm deep, spaced 7 cm apart.
Plant the cucumbers near posts or fences for support and prune the vines when they reach 3-4 metres.
Recommendation:
Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged.
Fertilise every 3-4 weeks with a balanced fertiliser at a rate of 30-45 g per square metre.
Harvest cucumbers when they are 15-20 cm.
