Castellano chickpea is a variety with determined growth, with deep and pivoting roots. The leaves are green, with wavy edges, and the pods contain 1-2 seeds. The grain is of medium size, white-yellow.
Sowing: It is sown in protected areas starting in March, in fertile soil and at a depth of 4-6 cm, and the planting distance is 10 cm between plants and 30 cm between rows.
