Cauliflower Catanese is a unique variety of cauliflower that is native to the Catania region of Sicily. It is characterised by its large, white, and tightly packed heads. Cauliflower Catanese is a versatile vegetable that can be used in a variety of dishes, from soups and salads to stir-fries and casseroles.

Cultivation:
Cauliflower Catanese plants are cultivated by planting seeds in a warm, sunny location, in a soil containing organic substances.
The soil should be amended with compost and fertiliser before planting.
The seeds should be planted 1 to 2 cm deep at a distance of 15 to 20 cm apart
Water the seeds regularly until they germinate.
Once the plants are established, they should be fertilised every two weeks with a balanced fertiliser.
The plants should be harvested when the heads are firm and the buds are still tight.
Recommendation:
Water the plants regularly, especially during dry periods.
Control pests and diseases by using organic methods such as crop rotation and companion planting.
Plant the cauliflower in an area that receives full sun and is protected from strong winds.
